Returns & Refunds policy

You are entitled to cancel your appointment without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for canceling is 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. Cancellation within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment is subject to 50% of the appointment cost.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 7 days from the day on which we receive your request to cancel. We will use the same means of payment as you used to make the appointment, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
